I've conquered the Internet. Next stop: Outernet!

On a followup note to an earlier posting about searches, my site is finally starting to show up in search engines. I say finally, but the change was actually pretty rapid. In the span of a month, I went from not appearing at all on a Google search for my name, to being number 3. Since I'm on a chart kick lately, here's a quick summary:

What's up with that, Looksmart?

In this case, lower numbers are better. Also, I used the max value of "50" to represent "Not found", since there wasn't a good number to represent "I'm getting tired of clicking the Next button in these search results"

So thanks to all those who helped (Brian and Scott in particular), since the main surge didn't come until I got a bit more proactive about the whole thing.

Yeah, let's see you hit number 1! Maybe Google's most popular keywords will help:

<shameful inclusion of popular keywords>
election results, exit polls, tara reid, arafat, daily mirror, the incredibles, star wars, the oc, kerry concedes, obama, halloween costumes, lunar eclipse, red sox, pumpkin, the grudge, gta san andreas, boston globe, howard stern, kate moss, ipod </shameful inclusion of popular keywords>

I see you didn't take any Marketing classes in college. ALWAYS make your graphs go up for better numbers!

I aslso looked at the graph and assumed it was about ASKJ's stock prices and almost freaked.
