What a quitter!

As a quick family update, Amy has quit her job. Apparently working with old people isn't as glamorous as it sounds. She gave her notice on Monday, and will be leaving her position in June. So if you know of anyone looking for a Social Worker (preferably within a half-mile of our apartment), please let us know.

On a related note, Amy's older sister will be moving to Virginia for the summer so she and our nieces can spend some time with the American family. Now that Amy has some time on her hands, she might be moving to Virginia as well while they're in the States. I'll be staying in New York, and putting a heck of a lot of miles on the Prius on the weekends.

So this summer I'll have my own bachelor pad. I've already placed the order for the foosball table.

Honestly, though, if this happens (and it looks more and more likely every day), what should I do with myself in the evenings? Take a class? Build a robot butler? (I could probably use one if I'll be by myself). I just don't know.

WOO HOO AMY!!!! Congrats on your quitting. You should just make it an early retirement. Life is too short to be miserable. KUDOS to you!

Five words for you:

You'll have plenty of time to shine that "Husband of the Year" trophy...

I agree with Brian. You should totally get City of Heroes. There's nothing more of a time waste than that.

I have two words to Chef Kevin:

Salad Shooter!

Alright! Congratulations Kevin! Losing the Mrs. for the whole summer huh? That's quite the accomplishment. Party at Kevin's! I'll bring my harem and a lava lamp.

Is the "Amy" that posts on this site The "Amy", aka your wife? If so, I make joke. Dis-regard above statement. We'll miss you Amy.

If Amy is a co-worker or a complete stranger, Yeah!!! Party at Kevin's!!!

Last week I call Kevin and he tells me he's been playing croquet at his parents all afternoon. This week, his wife becomes a kept woman who summers in Virginia. Who are these preppy b*st*rds and what have you done to my friends?
